At school they had a basketball shoot-out and Jami was so excited that she was old enough to sign up, the minimum age was 8 and she had just turned 8 so she
definitely wanted to do it.
The thing is, you have to practice if you think you are going to make any of the shots. Jami didn't make any shots but I sure was proud of her for trying. She said that next year she will be stronger and taller so she will try again.
